Stephen Geiger has 20 years experience as a Facilitator, Project Manager and Business Process Reengineering Expert helping a diverse cross-section of government and private-sector organizations successfully plan and implement change initiatives to  improve performance and integrate new strategic directions and technologies into their core business functions. Stephen has strong facilitation, strategic planning, project management, business analysis and research skills, as well as a solid technical background with experience in the development and implementation of both large and small information systems. Stephen has a solid understanding of leading Knowledge Management concepts and practices, and enables the pragmatic use of these techniques to ensure organizations fully leverage their existing knowledge capital to solve problems and improve organizational performance.

Stephen has more recently directed his skills and expertise towards the field of Sustainable Development through his work with Business, Government and Not-for-Profit organizations to help embed sustainability concepts in organizational values and culture and transform day to day business processes and activities to align with new strategic directions. He is presently working with a diverse network of local and international sustainability experts and organizations to help clients to understand the strategic challenges and opportunities associated with issues such as Climate Change, Alternative Energy, Eco-Restructuring and Localized Economies, and to take action.
