About Social Media: This is a catchall term for new internet technologies that place a high emphasis on interactivity. In particular, MG focuses on the trends in social networking, online video, blogging, user-generated content, and all things mobile. These developments of the past few years are changing the game for media, advertising, public relations, communications, and politics. We won’t know for some time the impact they are having on human relationships and interaction, but we’re pretty sure there is one and that it’s not insignificant.

About Green Living: Again, this is a catchall term for living more healthy and sustainable lives. MG focuses on the issues of climate change, conservation, pollution, green building, organic foods, renewable energy, and recycled, recyclable, & biodegradable goods. Since it doesn’t make sense to pursue a 100% sustainable and eco-friendly lifestyle if you’re obese, then green living also encompasses fitness and nutrition. In many ways, it is all the good we do for our bodies, our communities, and our environment.

It is our belief that the nexus of social media and green living can make the world a better place and ultimately even save it (and us) altogether.
