3. This is a model piece from my portfolio...

1. As a part of the Zazengo CyberARTS team I had the great opportunity to check out a unique website. Not only was it an organized and attractive website but it was very useful and effective. It helped our 07 Grade 12 cyberARTS class to organize a school competition for an Inconvienient Truth. My personal contributions were specific to the individual groups that we had created earlier to find ‘bugs’ in the site; using the website as if someone would want to use it in the future. My group being water/ ‘Turn OFF the Taps’, group members included Nicole, the project manager;she came up with the ideas and made some posters, Jenny & Jane also designed posters as well as buttons and Aron who came up with skin templates. I designed a couple of posters promoting water conservation as well as skin templates. I also created the original Northview Heights S.S. Organization which for some reason dissapeared into thin air...
2. Since working on Zazengo at the beginning of the semester, I have seen many changes. It has become more useful in terms of communication and understandable in navigation. In terms of colour and design I think its good because it gives them their own identity. I think that its great that you can send them an email about problems your having with the site and that they respond very quickly. I also think that Zazengo should have options such as; ‘remember me’ and ‘save my e-mail address and password‘ etc. especially if people like to use the website regularly. The Zazengo Facebook Application should be able to morph from shape to shape depending on where it is placed on your profile. It should also include a link to the website where you can really get the full use out of the application. In terms of making it more interesting, the application should have some sort of flash application on it where it could have environmental quotes, or quotes about Zazengo that would make someone want to click on it.
