Lights Off/Computers Off
From December 1-4th was LOCO week. NEAT, Northview’s Environmental Action Team created a Lights Off Computers Off campaign for students and teachers to see how many opportunities they have to save energy. We want to help change old habits and maybe create new ones in the process.
We are pleased to announce the classes who remembered to turn off their lights. Rooms 101,107, 115 to 121, the Auto Shop, the Drama Room, 141 A, and rooms 144 to 148 on the first floor all remembered to turn off their lights.
The classes on the second floor did a good job of turning off their lights too. Those classrooms include rooms 201 to 214, 216, 218 , 220, 221 to 224, 226 to 233 and 260 to 263.
Congratulations went out to the all the classes on the third floor, with the exception of two classrooms, for remembering to turn off their lights 4 days in a row.
NEAT would just like to remind teachers that your offices are also part of the school and that we would really appreciate it if you turned off the lights when you leave.
