used my bike water bottle to get a personal grande iced latte - extra boost for that big hill home
Didn't take any bag at all today when I bought the "Rockabye Baby Nirvana" CD. Silly that they even offer in my opinion.

i remembered to bring my water bottle yesterday
I saved 15 disposable cups by bringing my trusty starbucks thermos cup with me on our long drive from Los Gatos through Montana to Seattle.
Just like any new habit, it's hard at first to remember the cup and to wash it out afterwards (though they will generally do this for you at most places), but powering through to my second week now, its getting to be second nature.

i saved 5 disposable cups this week by remembering my reusable cup
i remembered to bring my plastic bags! Yay!
I used a twist tie on my finger to remember!
