The relation medical patient is changing. Increasingly the patients want to affect on his own care of the health. The new technologies open many opportunities but it is necessary to work together to establish like between them and the professionals responsibles of the health care.
The patients' associations are environments favoured to work on the role of them and patients. Many of them accumulate knowledge and experiences of that they do not take advantage in all his potential. In case of rare diseases, in which the official research is very small the paper of the patients it acquires a key importance.
