EDIT PROFILE
HOW DO I RESET OR CHANGE MY PASSWORD?
If you have forgotten your password or are having trouble logging in, go to the home page and click "Login," then on pop-up click "Forgot your password?"
A new screen will appear. Enter your email address and press "Save." A new password will be sent to the email address on file.
To change your password, press "Edit Profile" in the top right corner and then click the "Settings" tab. Enter your new password and press "Save."

HOW DO I CHANGE MY EMAIL ADDRESS?
To change your email address, press "Edit Profile" in the upper right corner. Click the "Settings" tab. Enter your new email address press "Save."
An email will be sent to this new address. Click the link inside the email to verify.

HOW DO I ADJUST WHAT NAME IS DISPLAYED ON ZAZENGO?
To change how your name appears on Zazengo, press "Edit Profile" in the top right corner. Make sure the "Profile" tab is highlighted.
You can then change your first name and last name. Last name is optional.

WHY DO YOU ASK FOR MY LOCATION?
By entering your location, we can help you be matched with other Zazengo members in your area.
Maybe you are starting a new project and want to find others to join in. Maybe you are looking for a project in your home town.
Members can go to "Explore" and under "Search > location" enter a zip code or town. A list of everyone in their area will appear.
Zazengo is about Community. Don't be lonely - find others making an impact and together you can make a difference!

MY PROFILE PICTURE DOESN'T FIT PROPERLY. WHAT CAN I DO?
If your profile picture doesn't fit properly in the designated area, you can use a photo editing tool (outside of Zazengo - a Photoshop type program) to adjust the image size.
Ideal dimensions are 240 pixels wide by 160 pixels tall.

HOW DO I ADJUST THE NUMBER OF EMAILS I RECEIVE?
You can turn off receiving email notifications in your "Edit Profile" area located in the top right corner.
Under the "Settings" tab there is a check box with the text "I would like to receive email notifications from Zazengo." Uncheck this box.
We recommend you leave this checked so you can be notified when you receive friend requests or invitations to join projects.

WHAT LEVEL OF PRIVACY DOES ZAZENGO OFFER?
Zazengo offers different levels of privacy for member profile pages and also projects.
Member profile pages can be set to Public, Private or Viewable by Friends Only.
To adjust your profile privacy go to "Edit Profile" and under "Settings" (towards the bottom of the page) make your privacy selection.
To adjust your Project's privacy, click "Edit Project" and under "Project Settings" (middle of page) under "Membership Type" mark your privacy selection.

CAN I CHANGE MY USERNAME?
No. Members are not able to adjust their username.
